Founded as a husband-and-wife team, the company began business in 1996. A support company was formed in 2001 with its primary function of doing the purchasing for the parent company so they could concentrate on completing numerous projects.
Shortly after opening their doors, customers began requesting more services than just filtration and hood certification. Since the owner had done all types of lab installations from cabinets to tops to hoods to ducts, it was an easy transition to meet the expanding customer requests.
What began as a husband-and-wife team over 26 years ago now has between 15-20 leased employees and operates out of 6900 square feet of office and warehouse space. The company’s role now entails design, construction, remodeling, renovation, certification, repairs, and maintenance, all with a support staff whose level of knowledge and experience is second to none.
The company provides a comprehensive suite of services including a variety of highly specialized consulting services that include BSL-3 facility testing procedures and reviews, vivarium, CGMP pharmaceutical, USP-797, anthrax and mustard gas testing facilities, clean rooms and more. Specialty exhaust system design and testing is one of their best attributes.
They have been providing turnkey lab and pharmacy installations, renovations, design, and maintenance repairs to facilities of all types throughout the USA and abroad. They also provide consulting, training and systems engineering services. They are one of the industry’s most knowledgeable service providers. This company is the only Texas company and one of only a couple out-of-state companies approved to do out-of-state sterile compounding pharmacy inspections nationwide.
The current staff, including the Owner, are all currently considered employees of Unique Staff Leasing III Ltd. Wages and salaries are calculated twice a month, then the gross payroll amount is electronically sent to Unique who handles all payroll processing, benefits management, taxes and payroll deductions for the company. Each employee is required to sign a non-complete agreement which is valid for a full year after they leave the company and good for a 100-mile radius from the location of the company offices.
This offering includes both the parent and the support company. Employees currently work for both companies and all expenses are billed to the parent company.
