Company History:
Tait Associates is located in Redondo Beach, CA. There are more than ten staff
members at their two offices involved in various aspects of business brokerage,
merger & acquisitions, business valuation, deal structuring, and other
professional services provided to affiliates, business owners and prospective
buyers.
Tait & Associates is affiliated with more than four hundred and fifty affiliates.
Though independently owned and operated, each office operates under a
standardized system. Tait & Associates is able to list a business anywhere in
the country and that business can be presented, in person, to potential buyers
anywhere in the country. This allows business owners to have more than just
the services of a local business broker who normally only markets the business
on a local or, at best, regional basis. With Tait & Associates business owners
have the advantage of each of the nationwide network offices.
Because of Tait & Associates affiliation with the California Association of
Business Brokers (CABB), clients are no longer geographically restricted to the
local or regional services offered by most "neighborhood" brokers. When
